Rockin’ the Bubble, tickets now available and selling fast !

Book 16th July & 10th September in your diary.

This years events are taking place on July 16th and September 10th. Rocking’ the Bubble, held at Tollesbury Cruising Club will feature Full Mental Racket and Unforgiven Sin. Shindig 6 held in a field near you, will be headlined by the fantastic Dirty DC and feature a host of other musical talent. Both these events are strictly ticket only events. The Blackwater Bikers would like to thank our sponsors for their continued support with these events.

The grand total for 2010 was …. £2854.45

The total amout of cash raised from “Rockin’ The Bubble” and “Shindig 5″ in 2010 was £2854.45, of which £300 was donated to the Isle Of Man hospice and the remaining £2554.45 to the Essex Air Ambulance fund.

Over the past 5 years since we’ve been running these events, we have raised a total of £14559.78 for charity. We would like to thank everyone who has helped us reach such a  fantastic total, including the landowners; the sponsors for providing materials and man power; everyone who has donated raffle prizes and cash; the organisations that have lent us materials and equipment; all the bands that have given up their time to help and of course the public for attending and supporting us.

Rockin’ the Bubble 2010

We would like to say a big thanks to all who attended and helped make Rockin’ the bubble a complete success.

Both Unforgiven Sin and Bouncing Off Concrete played fantastic sets to a very appreciative audience, while Tollesbury Cruising Club kept everyone well fed and very well watered.

This event managed to raise £1368; £300 of which was donated to the Isle Of Man Hospice in memory of the late Mike Kerruish; a truly great man and friend of ours. The remainder will be donated to the Essex Air Ambulance fund.
